Najprej moram spraznit hladilnik, v katerem je precej svinjarije, a nekdo se mora \u017ertvovat.<\/p>\n<p>Glede tega (=svinjarije v hladilniku) sem enkrat prebral en zelo pameten sestavek. Govoril je o tem, da se hrane ne me\u010de stran v smeti. A junk svinjarija ni hrana, je junk, zato jo je treba \u010dim prej vre\u010dt v smeti. Brez slabe vesti. V hladilniku sploh ne bi smela biti. In the first place!<\/p>\n<p>Trenutno sem pri prehranjevanju precej labilen. Edini uspeh so v bistvu zajtrki, kjer v 80% primerov ne jem ve\u010d kruha, pa\u010d pa navadni jogurt z musliji. Super zadeva. Manjka \u0161e en junk, pa se ga zdajle ne spomnim. Aha, McDonalds.<\/p>\n<p>Pri taki svinjariji se mi napihne trebuh do sedmega meseca. Dvigne mi sladkor, zato precej hitro spet postanem la\u010den. Ob\u010dutek imam, da se mi \u017eelodec sproti \u0161iri. Fuj in fej. \u010ce <a title=\"0 kilometrov v avgustu\" href=\"http:\/\/www.zapleti.si\/kosovarjevi\/2012\/09\/0-kilometrov-v-avgustu\/\">ne te\u010de\u0161<\/a>, se zna vi\u0161ek kalorij precej hitro pretopit v nove kilograme.<\/p>\n<p>Kdaj naj \u010dlovek za\u010dne bolj zdravo jesti?
